Hi, Given that in Italian the date format is DD/MM/YYYY: why is March (8 March 2024) indicated as the next match when in the list under the same page there are matches prior to 8 March 2024 which could be indicated as next game? such as the matches on 8 December 2023, 16 December 2023, 30 December 2023 etc. ?

Accepted AnswerAlways a problem with dates (I remember that in Italian the date format is: DD/MM/YYYY). SEE Hidden Content.
Furthermore, for privacy reasons, the fields are not always filled in and not filling them out returns an error.

is there perhaps a featured match/event option which is perhaps 'tagged' for this 8 March 2024 event which is precedent over the other dates ?

or possibly an issue with the server timezone/date/time format vs what your Joomla site has in its configuration that could be throwing it off ?

Accepted AnswerHi, thanks for the reply, but that's not the case. Joomshaper still doesn't know how to manage dates in its components and I've been struggling for almost a year trying to solve all these problems.

The comma can be removed, but what I would also like to see resolved is that in the next match the next match would actually be displayed and not the last match of the championship as now.
To make you understand better, as of today (14 December 2023) the next match corresponds to that of 16 December 2023.

If this page is called Fixtures and Results and indicates the result of the last match and the schedule of upcoming matches, where is the Next Match because the next match is not shown (in the temporal sense) which should be 16 Dec 2023 and not the one on 08 Mar 2024?

In subsequent times you should always see the same day and time, but as you can see until 3.28pm (3.29pm) you still see the correct date and time:

In the screenshots you can see not only the time in Italy but also the time in Dhaka.
This is why yesterday different dates were seen and then disappeared.

Accepted AnswerIt's almost perfect. The only problem is that, for example, on 30 Dec 2023 after 3.30pm (see the screenshot at 9.33pm [21.33] ) the next date should already be displayed, i.e. 7 Jan 2024.
If it were possible to correct this problem too it would be fantastic.

Accepted AnswerAs for the date, it seems fine to me, there is just a small discrepancy with the times. This screenshot refers to January 7, 2024 at 10.05 am.
As you can see, on this date there are 3 matches.
In consideration of this, at 10.00 am on January 7th the next match must be considered the next one on the same date of January 7th, i.e. the match at 11.00 am and in the absence of other matches of the day the match of the following day will be displayed (in this case after 11.00 am that of January 12th at 3.30 pm): https://prnt.sc/wviueiGIDQOf

Considering that it is one of the reasons why the Joomshaper subscription was subscribed to, and that on your part the discontinuation of this extension was not even communicated on your channels, leaving your customers who are using SP Soccer in great difficulty. This behavior is a symptom that you do not care about your customers, leaving them to their own fate and having to redo the work (probably with another extension), wasting precious time that cannot be recovered.
