I have a website currently on J3 and SPPB 3. it's here: https://www.stpatrickcolumbus.org/

I am upgrading it to J4 with SPPB 5 and it is here: https://dev.stpatrickcolumbus.org/

If you notice two things. 1. The image isn't stretched to the edges and 2. the middle button CSS isn't applied.

I haven't done anything but upgraded the site and the plugins; I have made no other changes. What could cause this and how do I fix it?

I also notice the "Welcome to St. Patrick Church" overlay is missing on the dev site. if you compare the two. (Not missing, but it's shoved below, it's not overlayed)

The buttons are also not centered. If you bring up the main and the dev side by side you can see the differences.

You can change the position from the addon setting advanced tab.

I'm comparing all the settings on the old site and the new site and the settings are the same. So, with the new system, I have to set a custom position? Custom position is not set in the old system. in fact, I can't figure out how it's flowing above the other items at all.

I'm working on the custom position (picture below). How do I do the X axis to ensure it's always centered? 50% isn't working -50% isn't good. 25% is not quite right.

I'm also noticing that the text "Welcome to St. Patrick Church" that should be hovering but isn't (see above) There are two of them, One is hidden on Mobile and and the other one is hidden on everything except for mobile. but you can see in the dev site that both are visible.

I am updating each one to say which should be on which.

We have checked our end no problem found in our localhost. Even we have checked your page via export & imported in our local system. It also works fine. Please allow me more time. Thanks

Have you all been able to figure out my issues? The website is https://dev.stpatrickcolumbus.org/

The issues i'm having are these:

  • How do I properly center the "welcome to St. Patrick Church" on the screen and the buttons. They don't seem to auto-center like they do at the old site www.stpatrickcolumbus.org
  • Secondly, There is "Welcome to St. patrick Church" for mobile and for desktop/tablet. Both are displaying on the desktop screen. You can see where I have "only on mobile" and "hidden on mobile" in the wording. It is not honoring the settings.

I've paid for the services. Should i not get support? Can anyone tell me why my test site is doing this? I really need to upgrade my main site but this is stopping me.

That looks Great! So, I ultimately need to upgrade the other site, Will I use this downloaded package on their when I upgrade the main site? Was there any code changes you made to the visuals to fix them too?

Will this version that I downloaded ultimately be in the next release? I assume it will.

Okay, thanks, ... after I upgrade it to 4.0 I assume. I am going to try to do that in two weeks when I'm back from vacation. I don't have time to do it before then at this point.

Thanks for getting back to me.
