Problem To Duplicate New Article And Edit In Backend

Hello Dear, I have major issues with creating new articles, especially when I try to save an existing article by creating a copy of it. Initially, it seems to work correctly, but the article is not saved. I've tried editing it in the frontend, but even in that case, it doesn't save the article, or if it does, it doesn't allow me to edit it in the backend. Can you help me?

Accepted AnswerSimilar problems here. I tried to duplicate a SP page but it does not work properly... A lot of issues. I have spent 1 hour to create a new page to discover that the page has not been saved 🙄

The only way to create a copy of an article is to select it from the article list and use the Multiple Actions feature. If you try to:
- Open article ID 60 or ID 66 that you created for testing.
- Go to edit backend.
- In the top right menu, click "Save as Copy."
- Click "Save" (confirmation of successful save).
- Click "Save and Close."
- Click "Save and Close."
- The file is not present in the list of articles, and the work is lost. No article has been saved.
Could you please verify with this procedure and see that something is not working?
