I am currently using SP Page Builder Pro v5.2.3, and I've observed an issue in recent updates.
While constructing my website on localhost with macOS High Sierra 10.13.6, I've identified a problem specifically in Safari Version 11.1.2. The animation function does not work as intended; instead of animating, it completely removes the element or box. Consequently, nothing is displayed, resulting in the absence of content where the animation function is utilized.
This problem implies that all my customers, including those who may be slower to update their systems and prefer not to do so, will be unable to view my webpage unless I remove the animations. As a result, I've disabled them. Fortunately, everything functions properly on Chrome (using Chromium Version 92.0.4515.131) and Firefox 115.5.0esr.
The animation feature used to work seamlessly in some earlier updates, and I appreciated the functionality. Unfortunately, due to the potential risk of customers encountering a partially empty page, I've been compelled to disable it.
Is this issue exclusive to my end? I've been experiencing other challenges on my Joomla as well, such as the necessity for manual updates since it won't update from Joomla anymore, among other issues. I've made efforts to troubleshoot, and it appears that these problems arose after updating to SP Page Builder Pro V5.
This isn't a complaint; I am navigating through these challenges and wanted to bring it to your attention. I'm unsure if this is the appropriate platform for such communication, but I hope it proves helpful.
