SPPB 5.2.3: Video Addon does Not Allow Selection From Media Folder

This is what i have done:
- I have already uploaded a video into the company's own media folder
- I define the Video addon in a SPPB page
- I tried to select the video i had uploaded but was not able due to the addon's setting: (see screencap below )
- Instead its requesting me to upload (sigh!)
- SPPB does provide the same feature as for normal images where i could replace and select the video from any media folder.
When will this be fixed and why is there no consistency in UIs?
