In the ordering settings in EasyStore, we have enabled the ability to place an order for guests (without registering or creating an account). Indicating a telephone number is mandatory.
The buyer placed an order without registering or creating an account, but we are unable to deliver the goods to him, since we do not have a delivery address or his telephone number for contact. The order only contains the buyer's name and email address. The address details only contain the country and city to which the goods need to be delivered.
Where can we get the buyer's address for delivery of goods to him or at least his phone number?
An order confirmation email was sent to the buyer's email address. The letter contains all the details we need for delivery!
