No Mail for EasyStore: Payment Received – Order Successfully Placed

Hello together,
since the 10.08 we didn´t recieve any confirmation about a recieved payment. I tested it multiple times, but I am not able to make work again.
Can somebody from your side, can review this problem?

Hello,

When I try to log in to your admin site, the index.php file is automatically downloaded. Also On Safari, I’m seeing a Service Unavailable error instead.

Could you please share an Akeeba Backup file with us via Google Drive and provide access, or alternatively provide cPanel access so we can investigate the issue further?
