I've been a Joomshaper member since November 8, 2017, and over the years, I've developed a solid understanding of PageBuilder though not without significant effort. (Let me remind you that I'm still waiting for fully functional forms that support CC and BCC simultaneously, not to mention the integrated Google reCAPTCHA, which I had to disable due to massive spam usage and/or a total block of emails from forms)

Since September 5, 2024, I've been a member of Easystore, struggling to understand and make it work properly. I've wasted dozens of hours trying to get even basic functionalities to operate as they should out of the box—but instead, they fail, forcing me into daily debugging, testing, ticketing, and, of course, dealing with the disappoint I receive from frustrated client.
Did I misconfigure something? Did I forget to enter stock quantities? Or is this simply how it’s designed to work?
Is there really no way to make it function as it should out of the box, tested, debugged as it should?
Every new version of Easystore that I install at least for me, as I use some of the features documented in the manual—seems to introduce new, fundamental issues that are almost unbelievable.
For example: $1000 + $1000 - 10% Coupon = $273. Is it possible that no one has done a debug?

regarding "Hello, Thank you for your message. I understand the urgency of resolving the issue, and I want to reassure you that we are actively working on it. The issue with the coupons is caused by specific categories, and it will be resolved within the next business days. We appreciate your patience as we address this. In the meantime, you can continue to sell your products by disabling the coupon for the specific category."
When evaluating software, customers expect advertised features to work as intended out of the box "Create Coupons & Individual Sale offer". It’s not ideal to suggest avoiding an essential feature like coupons and track inventory, especially when the official online documentation prominently highlights a section on "Coupons & Discounts." Discovering that this feature has been consistently malfunctioning for weeks, with new issues arising each time different areas like the "Manage Products - Effortlessly create, organize, and update your product listings, all while enjoying the convenience of automated inventory management", can be frustrating and disappointing for users who rely on it.

Regarding: "Regarding your multilingual setup, I can see that your site is currently set to Italian, and the browser is displaying both English and Italian versions. To help you set up a fully multilingual site, I recommend following the documentation provided by Helix Framework for multilingual setups. You can find detailed instructions here: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/multilingual-site Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need additional assistance. We’re here to help! Best regards"
Perhaps I'm not explaining myself clearly, even though what I write is translated by ChatGPT, which I assume does so correctly. I don’t need to configure Joomla as a fully multilingual site. I specifically need to know how to configure only Easystore as a fully multilingual store in English and Italian at the same time, particularly for all products and frontend. If I understood correctly, areas like the cart and emails should already be covered by your "Ready Translations".

However, in your documentation section How to Translate Phrases & Translations, there is no manual explaining how to implement multiple languages for products and frontend. That is exactly what I am asking for, and I believe it could be useful for others as well.
In the section you suggested, I can't find anything related to Easystore products / frontend.

It may be clear to you, but it is not clear to me!
We appreciate your patience and dedication.
That’s all
