Hi,
it's a simple math, if menu items doesn't fit the whole menu row "scroll" down.
Solution, tip 17.: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/customization-tips#how-to-reduce-space-between-menu-items
Now think what you can do. CSS you already know.
