If you want to have the help of anyone and/or of JoomShaper, you need to provide a bit more information ;)
These would be helpful in helping you figure out the issue:
the domain name, Joomla version, Joomla Template Provide/Company, [i.e. JoomShaper, RocketTheme etc] Joomla Template Name and version, PHP version, MySQL version,
The error message in full.
Bonus: SP PageBuilder version if used/installed SP EasyStore version if used/installed.
