Most likely the option for turning on/off etc Intro Text will be found here, if you used Joomla's built-in Category Blog feature:

Find the Menu where you have your Blog listed -->
choose the menu entry for your blog --> Go to Options --> Look for Intro Text [4th option on Joomla 4.4.1 for me] - here you can select:

Use Global (Show) Use Article Settings Hide Show

I did that and the text still shows up

the images and the entire block are not displayed properly

can you install the rental template for me so that it works... because every template throws errors
