Good morning, I have a problem with the activation of the SPPAGEBUILDER license. I enter the license data but when I try to insert an element from the "section library" it tells me that I don't have the PRO version. How can I solve it?

I follow the steps below:

Log in to your JoomShaper account.
Go to the Downloads page.
Select the SP Page Builder Pro version from the list.
Download the Pro version and install it.

I install it and I insert the activation details but when I click in section library I dont't insert the element because the said me that the element is for the PRO version and I must buy it. My subscription is valid: Personal Active Access to Templates & Extensions Expires on: 07 July 2024
