You fogot to mention about template name. This is key information.

Anyway, if there is info that support J5, it means that you can install QS with J4 and then upgrade to J5. Or install Joomla 5.0.x and then install only template, if you don't need demo content.

As you (may not) know both: Joomla 4.4 and Joomla 5.0 are fully supported by Joomla Team. But not all extensions work in J5 even in legacy mode.

Remember to update Joomla to last stable version after installation of any QS. For example, if you got J!4.0x > 4.4.1. Then if template support J5, you can upgrade Joomla 5.0.1. But that version request using PHP 8.1 (!).
