Sorting In The Search Engine | SP Medical

Hi Team, How to change the sorting of "Departments" to alphabetical or by id in the search engine from SP Medical? For this URL https://demo.joomshaper.com/2018/medico/index.php/departments you have the same sorting. I can't find options to change it. I have template Medico 2.1 and Joomla 3.10.11.
