Password Reset (from Email Link) 500 Error - Behavior::formvalidation Not Found

shaper_helizìx3Template - Just completed transition from Joomla 3 to 4. Receiving the following error on user password reset (from email link) 500 Error - behavior::formvalidation not found. I have tried to remove any residual template overrides from J3, but this has not correct the issue. www.sito.avis-scorze.com Thanks for any help.
where can I find this file? because I cannot find it
I saw that you have already answered this question in the past, but I can't find the file. Maybe I should look.

- First make sure that you deleted/renamed this folder:
templates\shaper_helix3\html\com_users\reset - Remember to resend "reset" message using link "Hai dimenticato la tua password?"
- Then check inbox and click on link from email.
- If still will be problem, change/switch template from Helix3 to default Casiopea, and try "reset" procedure again. If even that will not help -> forum.joomla.org.
BTW
This is the only way how Helix3 override reset view. If folder is deleted, Joomla core files are used.
