Hi,

I would like to create a contact form module, which can be embed into articles, or the position where I would like to put. I know there is a contact form addon inside SP page builder, but how to convert it to a module?

I am using Themis template + SP page builder Version: 5.2.4.

Thank you.

Hi

Thanks for contacting us. You have to create a page builder module and then on that module you can keep the contact form and set the module position. Follow these screenshots below:

https://prnt.sc/Xf-XZ_mrgn3p --> https://prnt.sc/zIQPRI6QT0d9 --> https://prnt.sc/i_rXBJ5-cM9T

You can also follow this link below:

Hi Mehtaz,

Thank you for your reply.

I have created the contact form modle, but there is a error: when I enable the phone field, the front page displays like this: https://prnt.sc/OPCmCE5Aio0m

The form that I created in the contact us page displays correct: https://prnt.sc/CYUaRdcbYFzS

Thanks.

John,

just translate/override that phrase using Joomla Admin: Languages Override. Few seconds ;)

Hi Paul,

Do you know why it failed sending emails?

https://prnt.sc/VylAEhjUOX2N

I have set the Mailer to PHP Mail (System Global Configuration), and input the correct From Email Address and Recipient Email.

Thanks.

  1. Recipent email - here you can use any e-mail that works, @gmail.com etc.
  2. From Name - in most cases put website name
  3. From Email - put here a e-mail created for your website domain, for example, [email protected] (must be real!)

Then try again.
