A Little Cellphone Assistance Please

My site is kellysbar.co.nz
It works well on desktop but I have an issue with the header area which is sticky. I'm using shaper_helixultimate anf I have made a header area with three positions .... logo, top3 and menu. In top3 I load a sinple module saying Bookings and a phone number. Its all good on desktop but on cellphone the text appears below the logo on a slideshow image.
How can I resolve this please? Thanks

I will ask in different way. I know what is wrong, and why. But can you tell me where do you want to place phone number on small mobile view? BTW Also Mobile Menu [=] is not displaying
Maybe make a mock-up or make drawing and share photo.
