The following error appears when trying to save an SP Page Builder article:

"Request Entity Too Large The requested resource does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit."

What could be the cause and how to resolve?

I've increased the Memory_Limit, Max_Execution_Time, Max_Upload_Size, and Post_Max_Size but to no avail.

Here's a link to view current settings, which should be more than plenty. https://monosnap.com/file/ReyIwbmVWYOpn1xrOwcy8CK9hLV1Xh

I've reinstalled SPPB. No change.

Joomla is current at 4.4.2, PHP 8.2.15, Apache/2.4.58 (AlmaLinux)

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. To better address the issue, could you kindly provide Joomla administrator access? This will enable me to thoroughly investigate the matter and provide you with a prompt resolution.

I appreciate your cooperation and will ensure to get back to you as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Thank you, Toufiqur.

I had increased the typical php settings but without resolution. So, I worked with the hosting tech and we were able to resolve it by editing the mod security settings. It was a very difficult issue to resolve.

Thanks,

Karen

Did you communicate with your hosting provider?

The issue was resolved by the hosting company, via an edit to mod security.

raise the values of:

SecRequestBodyLimit from 13107200 to 26214400

SecRequestBodyNoFilesLimit from 0 to 131072

Then restarted Apache
