If there is a info that Template support Joomla 5 it means that should work in J4 and J5:

1. Make website backup
2. Using Joomla features upgrade Joomla from 4.4 to Joomla 5.0.x

administrator/index.php?option=com_joomlaupdate

Sometimes in that view in "Options" > Update Channel - you have to switch to Next - to see Joomla 5 update message.
