Joomla 5 And SP Page Builder - Changes Not Visible On Website

Hi all,

i installed Joomla 5 and SP Page Builder Pro and use Template Cassiopeia and Helix Ultimate.

When i work with Sp Page Builder and do changes on the Template and save it, these change are not visible on the Website.

Whats wrong?

Hi Rob,

Sorry, I don't know what is your Joomla expirence level, are you beginner or more advanced user?

In general, changes should be used after using Save button, lots of webmasters works this way. Maybe you enabled Cache in Joomla or enabled Prodcution mode in SPPB or your server cache database changes, hmm?

To help more, I need access to admin area, becuase even If I will show you a video "how to", it may not help you.

Hi Paul,

yes, í´m a beginner and i installed Joomla5 and used Cassiopeia and Helix Ultimate, but both Templates didn´t work with SP Page Builder. I would give you access to the admin area, no problem. Pls. let me know how to proceed. Thanks

Hi Paul,

thanks for your fast answer. I don´t know what i should do, yes, i´m a beginner with Joomla and SP Page Builder. I installed everything but when i edit the Home Page via SP Page Builder, the changes a not visible on the website after saving and F5 the Website.

We cannot teach Joomla basics here on forum, but I can at least look if all works as it should.
