We apologize for the inconvenience.

Just to confirm, the error is occurring while the Behaviour - Backward Compatibility plugin is disabled during the Joomla upgrade process, correct?

Please try the following:

  1. Disable the Behaviour - Backward Compatibility plugin.
  2. Proceed with the Joomla update to 6.1.3.
  3. Once the update is completed successfully, re-enable the Behaviour - Backward Compatibility 6 plugin.

This should resolve the issue and allow the upgrade to complete properly.

Before proceeding, however, please make sure to take a full backup of your website and database so you can restore the site if anything unexpected occurs during the update.
