Dropfiles Addon Disappearing

Hi
I am trying to use the new dropfiles category addon.
The addon is added ok, and after saving it is on the page.
However if I go back to edit that page it is not possible. All of the addons are invisable and it's not possible to add anything to the column they were in.
I have the samee issue if I add as a module.

Dropfiles Addon/Module is NOT from JoomShaper, so you have to ask JoomUnited support. It's their own custom product made for premium users. You can check that in copyright note.

Accepted AnswerThanks, this was a mod security issue for editing SPPAGEBUILDER frontend.
It is great to know as I have had this issue with adding modules in SPPAGEBUILDER for a long time and just worked around it. I would add a joomla module in a column, save it and it would no longer be editable in the frontend. It is editable in the backend though.
I had my host provider check what rule was being activated, it took a few attempts but finally they found the correct rule.
Just adding this info in case anyone else has this issue.

Accepted AnswerThat's why we inform about that in SPPB documenation, you are not first person that has "weird" problem caused by security rules.

Its just not easy to find these things. Appreciate the excellent support from Joomshaper.
I'm looking forward to upgrading my plan to use easystore as well.
Joomshaper is the best Joomla development company i've ever come across.
I really hope you guys are around for a long time.
