I'm about to renew subscription But 6 months ago I asked a question if Joomshaper will provide full functionality for iPads with older iOS like 12.5.7 But still no answer Since many people still have older iPads this is a Q of great importance to even think about to continue working with Joomshaper. I like JS but there are other apps that I know can do this br Claes

Accepted AnswerAccept Answer 0 Your Answer * I have had a LONG conversation with Mehtaz Afsana Borsha about this issue. The only answer I got is " I've informed the staff and they will fix it ASAP. " That is 6 months ago!! OK..if you could find an older iPad with os 12.5.7 (wouldn't be hard) and compare eg www.stenlofan.se with any newer iPad or computor, you will see the difference. No animation, no images at all. You can even go to your own site ( better) and look for template "Crafty" It doesn't work at all. So my Q is once again is it possible to fix it?? My subscription ends next week br Claes
