I Cannot install any extensions. I get an error : Warning Extension Install: Missing field in database: Joomla\CMS\Table\Extension element. Please urgently advise

Sorry for your issue.

WHich PHP version are you using there? Would be better to know the Joomla version, template name & version.

I am using PHP Ver 8.1.27 and Joomla 4.0.3. The template is Wayne Corp 2.0.0
