Unwanted Admin Menu Item

working on a test/upgrade of a site.
A non-working Admin menu item "SP Page Builder " appears in the admin panel.
I can't find a way to turn that off. With a simlar problem in the past I could deactivte a plugin.
How do I get rid of this?

Thanks for contacting us. I have solved your issue. Please check now. Please follow this solution.
Go to Admin: Content > Administrator Modules > find "SP Page Builder Admin Menu" - and disable that module.
That's all.
