error after upgrade SP Page Builder to version 5.2

After upgrade to SP Page Builder to version 5.2 from 3.8.10, our website got error as in the picture.

the error is failed to open stream: No such file or directory in components/com_sppagebuilder/helpers/autoload.php on line 50

our joomla version 3.10.12.

Please help! our administrator cannot be used.

HI,

  1. In general SPPB 5.2.x was developed to be used on Joomla 4 & Joomla 5. We informed about that in documenation: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/technical-requirements
  2. On your site it looks that not all files were uploaded during component update. In that case you have to use FTP and upload them manually:
  • download: com_sppagebuilder_pro_v5.2.7.zip
  • unzip it
  • use FTP tool and upload all
  • from /admin > to (override): administrator\components\com_sppagebuilder
  • from/site/ > to (override): components\com_sppagebuilder

Then try to get access to admin area again. Remember to Click Fix Database in Joomla Admin.

If above steps will not help, I recommend restoring your site from a backup and stay with SPPB 3.10 as long as you are using Joomla 3.10.

Your hosting company should have full website backup.
