Menu Ordering Not Works

Hello, I'm facing an issue related to menu items ordering. The order of submenu items I set in the administrator doesn't change on the frontend main menu. But in the module menu it's OK.

Because in the module it works, it seems to be Helix Ultimate issue.

Accepted AnswerI just download your site backup & created a menu with sub menu. But, Ordering function works fine. Would you please re-create this menu & check again. Thanks

Accepted AnswerOk, but I have 113 items in the menu, so re-create it will be pretty tricky. Why is there a need for re-creation?

there must be something wrong with the menu. I have added new submenu item "Včely a med" under the "Utrpení zvířat". In the main menu this new item does not appear. But in the offcanvas menu yes. The same in the module menu (https://zviratanejime.cz/utrpeni-zvirat).
