Mobile Preview In Page Builder is Different Then On An Actual Mobile Device

I didn't and don;t have this issue with 4, but 5 its there.

the mobile preview inside pagebuilder 5 shows content correctly.

but when loading up on a mobile device IE a samsung galaxy s23 each column is on top of another..
