Hope Template: Array_replace(): Argument #1 ($array) Must Be Of Type Array, String Given

Just installed Hope template. The back end works fine but the front end just displays this error:

array_replace(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array, string given

This is a completely fresh install from the J4 quick start.

Would really appreciate some help as I had set aside today to work on this.

It was the home page. I had set the site to Offline and it happened when I logged in.

I then put it back to Online and it kept the error for me as I was logged in to the front end.

So it seems that anyone logged in to the front end when the site is online or offline shows this error.

Never mind - I upgraded everything to Page Builder 5 Pro and all seems to be fixed.
