[REQUEST] Option To Assign Multiple Categories To One Product

Hello,

I couldn't find any answer here on this issue.

I need to assign multiple categories to one product. For example let's say I have a ceramic cup. I would like to add it in both [Ceramics] and [Kitchenware] with an option to choose the canonical URL.

For now this is not possible so I'm opening a request for this functionality.
