Sphere Template does Not Work With SP Page Builder 5

Hello
I have been using the Sphere template for a year.
- Joomla 4.4.3
- Database version: 10.6.17-MariaDB
- PHP version: 8.1.27
- SP Page Builder Pro: 3.8.10
It's time to update SP Page Builder to version 5.2.9 (in the future also to Joomla 5). Unfortunately, after installing a new version of SP Page Builder, the following error message appears:

YOU HAVE AN ERROR IN YOUR SQL SYNTAX; CHECK THE MANUAL THAT CORRESPONDS TO YOUR MARIADB SERVER VERSION FOR THE RIGHT SYNTAX TO USE NEAR '2) ORDER BY LFT ASC' AT LINE 3
The Joomla backend works well.
I also use the Shaper Helix Ultimate 2.0.18 template on the same page. Subpages based on this template work properly. Only Sphere template pages display this error.
I had to revert to the old version of SP Page Builder.
Please give me tips on how to fix this.

Everything works fine, but the Joomla TinyMCE editor does not work.

The issue only affects the Sphere template. The Helixultimate template works well.
