by now I suggest using Form Builder addon instead, for sure it does not send IP in message text.

contact is closed, you cannot add new field or change them, form builder is open. check on youtube

Have you ever used Code Inspector from your browser to preview used HTML + CSS styles & classes, it's a very smart & useful tool.

Anyway, try that Custom CSS on that page:

.sppb-addon-form-builder-form   select:not(.form-select):not(.form-control) 
{background-color: grey;} 

it will make select bg grey and light color text will be visible.
