If instead I enter the URL that I see when I am editing the page on sp pagebuilder (https://www.bhaktifestival.it/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&view=page&id=2), the preview appears correct. See screenshot 03 https://www.bhaktifestival.it/images/screenshot-03.png

All users use the primary URL (https://www.bhaktifestival.it/) How do I ensure that the correct information is always displayed?

Also on whatapp I don't see any image preview Is there a way to preview an image? See screenshot 04 https://www.bhaktifestival.it/images/screenshot-04.png
