I'm facing a technical issue with the "SP Easy Image Gallery" related to image display in albums. Specifically, here's the problem:

When I upload a portrait-oriented photo to an album, it appears rotated 90 degrees to the left in the preview, even though the image is correctly saved in portrait format. Even after editing and saving the image in Photoshop, the orientation remains incorrect in the gallery view.

I suspect the issue might be related to the EXIF metadata of the image, or perhaps the gallery component is misinterpreting this data. Photoshop should handle these metadata correctly, so I'm unsure if I’m doing something wrong.

Are there any known issues with EXIF data handling in SP Easy Image Gallery? Or could this be related to settings within the gallery or CMS?

I’d greatly appreciate any help or suggestions on how to resolve this.
