Maintenance Mode

Is there any option within SP Page Builder to put the website into maintenance mode? The Global configuration / Site Offline option in Joomla 5 doesn't work properly and it would be easier to be able to turn on/off maintenance mode withing my SP Page Builder template.

Sorry for your experience.
There is no option in SPPB for it as it only operates within the component area. However, you should find coming soon option in the Basic tab of your Template Options, if you are using templates based on Helix Ultimate framework. Please check that if it serves your purpose.
