Form Date In European Format

HI, using the decora template on a project, I have a form by form builder with a date field. The mail sends me date in us format (YYYY-mm-dd), I'd need to format that date eurpoean style format (dd-mm-YYYY). I can't find it in the options, what can I do ?

Hi, right now it request code customization in SPPB source code, I will add your request to our to-do list. I am also from EU, so I fully understand.
