How To Set Date To European Format

Hello, I want to set the date format in the sended mail from builder to european format. Inside the form the date is formed ok, but not in the sended mail.
I have a form with a birthday field. This date is formed as yyyy-mm-dd instead of dd.mm.yyyy. How can I change this?

I see that on my demo site (SPPB 5.2.9):
Are you sure your form addon wasn't overriden by template, check on Casiopea. Create a new form as well.

sorry for missunderstanding. Inside the form all is well, but the date in the sended form is formed as yyyy-mm-dd = 1958-01-28 and should be 28.01.1958.
