Estate Template Error On Php 7.4, 8.0, 8.1

I downloaded the Estate Quickstart Joomla 4 and after the installation I can't see the fronted aside the error Class 'NumberFormatter' not found. I saw that the same error has been reported here joomshaper.com/forum/question/12021 but doesn't seem to have been updated or resolved.

Can you please send me an akeeba backup of your demo site that is currently working well?

It is currently on a localhost, the backend works but the front end throws error.

Can you just provide me an akeeba backup of the demo version here https://demo.joomshaper.com/2018/estate/index.php

The problem is with the SP property component, I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but the SP Property Properties module (that show items for SP Propery component) is mainly the reason for the error.

Your support is disappointing.

Recall that I reported this issue and you just abandoned it totally without providing any form of support to resolve this issue. This is a poor customer care.
