Distance Between Section And Column

I am inserting a section. Below that 2 columns. An image and next to it a text.
I enter a title for the section. The space between the title and the image with text is too big.
Where can I set the distance?
Addendum: I have found a way: I can set Margin Top to -30px in the column. Is this the correct way?

Accepted AnswerAs a rule, you set the respective section in the Style, Padding or Margin settings. What does it contain as a value for the upper distance? If there is no value in the respective fields, you can try setting 0px and see how it behaves in the browser. Otherwise, set your desired value for the top edge there. I would be very careful with negative values in sections unless it is absolutely necessary.

Section: Title: Test (H3) Padding 0px 0px 0px 0px 0px Margin 0px 0px 0px 0px 0px
Column: Nothing entered for Padding and Margin. But also tried with: Padding 0px 0px 0px 0px 0px Margin 0px 0px 0px 0px 0px
Result: I don't know how to pin a picture. The distance is about 2cm.
I only get the spacing smaller if I set Column Margin Top: -35px.
