Hi. Tell me, we have the following problem: Duplicate pages are created with addresses of page IDs, for example site.com/id, site.com/category/id, site.com/category/subcategory/id, where id is the page id from SP Page Builder Version : 3.8.10
and there are many such pages

We stopped support of SPPB 3.8.10 last year. We informed about that fact in SPPB documenation. But in SPPB 5.3x it works the same.
In general ID of page is added sequentially. On the list of pages you should be able to see all pages created or duplicate by you, just choose 50 to see more on the single view. You can also sort by ID. (Screenshot from my private site)

Accepted AnswerIn general we all recommends to add each "new" page to menu as menu item, using menu aliases with just numbers is not good for SEO. But you know that.

Accepted AnswerYes, I understood you, but I have another problem, for example, I have a page https://isupport.kz/remont-iphone-almaty/zamena-displeja-iphone/displey-iphone-8plus and it is duplicated like this https://isupport.kz/page/160/ and google and yandex dbl list this as duplicates, and we cannot find how to remove these duplicates.

You have to check database if that link was used somewhere is content, maybe it was used (added) by mistake (in button, text link). In PHPMyAdmin use Search option.

Then if you will them - add correct alias from Menu items.

Using Google Search Console remove all duplicates, one by one (Removals > New Request > URL)

As last step:
Create a new sitemap.xml and before sending to Google/Yandex check its content for those short links.
