Customize Topbar In Predefined Header "Top Bar"

Is it possible to customize some top bar settings for the predefined header "Top bar"? For example, I would like to customize the size of the columns that compose the row or make some other changes.
How can I do that?

In predefined header you cannot do that from settings. Here the gid is imposed top-down.
So I suggest to rebuild whole header with toolbar using Custom Header, guide in Helix documenation.
Anyway, some design changes may require additional CSS styles (Custom CSS).
