Responsive Display Not Respected

Hi,

I have lots of SP modules I load in Hikashop. Everything was working fine with SP3 but don't work with SP5. For example, I have an image for desktop and a different one to display on mobile. But hiding the desktop one on mobile and the mobile one on desktop doesn't work anymore, both images are displayed.

Do you know why?

Sorry to hear that.

From where you tried? In addon's advanced setting? Can I have detailed explanation with link and screenshots/screencast?

Did you ask Hikashop support about it also?

Hi,

Yes, in advanced settings.

I enclosed 2 screenshots:

  • 1 is with SP 5
  • 2 is with SP 3

Issue is not coming from Hikashop, but clearly with SP (and it's one of the numerous issues I'm facing after upgrading to SP5)

So tomorrow I'll reinstall a backup with SP3 as SP5 is currently unusable for me
