Sorry, we do not provide customization support. You have to use Custom CSS to make it happen. Please study the main menu which is set sticky from template options and apply on the second menu.

Managed to create it by disableing the Sticky header (#sp-header.header-sticky) and adding the position: fixed to both menu sp-headers.
