Article Add-on Update Images

Hi,

When using the article add-on, it's taking it's images from the Joomla articles (using the "Intro Image" from the "Images and Links" in the Joomla article editor.

The issue with this is that it requires a log in on the administrator part of the site, I couldn't find any way to change that pic directly from the SP Front-end editor.

Is there any way this could be added so that basic users can update an article's image directly from the front-end editor instead of having to log in on the Joomla admin ?

btw, I find it strange that the only way to use that add-on is by relying on Joomla article... Why can't we create an article list based directly on SP Page Builder pages ?

And finally, it would be nice to have more sorting options for this add-on, typically use the "Start Publishing" and "Finish Publishing" dates as set on the Joomla article.

Thanks Stéphane

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight.

It's not possible to change the image using page builder.

You can change your article image from the Joomla article editing from the front end details view of article editing. You need to enable image and links feature from the article options.

This feature is not available.

We will try to implement in the future.
