Problem to ulpoad intro and full img from backend article after update to joomla 4. Site: http://rivistageomedia.it Access is denied for users, we tryied with all the browsers, in the attachment the screen result. Thans for your support

Chek on the images:

  1. Open article and select tab Images and Link
  2. Windows to select images not opening

Yes correct from your desktop. The problem is only from some desktop of our collaborators. For example: Google Chrome Version 117.0.5938.92 (Office Build 64 bit) on Ubuntu.

Can you confirm this that this error only happens on Ubuntu? Please try other browsers on Ubuntu. Try to use the latest versions.

Not only in Ubuntu, also in Mac Osx Sierra, Windows 10, just to mention some computers used by our collaborators.
