Modul popup doesn't work

Helllo, I created a modul pop-up and inserted there a shortcode for the form, but it doesn't work.
Why your product has so many problems? do you do tests before to offer it to the audience?

Shortcodes cannot be used in the modul popup addon. Please check below links:

Hello, thanks, I don't understand why I need a link about how to use other forms in SPPB if I asked about how to make the pop-up work and it doesn't display anything when I click, no matter it's an image or text.

How these 2 links help with the task I described?

Hello,

You mentioned you are trying to use shortcode in modal popup addon. This is why I shared shortcode implementation related informations. Hope it is a bit clearer now.

However, the modal popup addon is working fine at my end with general things. I mean without shortcodes.

Kindly share your admin access to check if you can not use it with general contents also.
