Modul Popup Doesn't Work

Helllo, I created a modul pop-up and inserted there a shortcode for the form, but it doesn't work. Why your product has so many problems? do you do tests before to offer it to the audience?

Hello, thanks, I don't understand why I need a link about how to use other forms in SPPB if I asked about how to make the pop-up work and it doesn't display anything when I click, no matter it's an image or text.

How these 2 links help with the task I described?

Hello,

You mentioned you are trying to use shortcode in modal popup addon. This is why I shared shortcode implementation related informations. Hope it is a bit clearer now.

However, the modal popup addon is working fine at my end with general things. I mean without shortcodes.

Kindly share your admin access to check if you can not use it with general contents also.
