Hi,

even Google cannot find that error, so your are first one ever! Forgive us, but becuase of that we are operating by guessing.

  1. If you have JCE editor, check if you updated to last stable version 2.9.7x
  2. If you still have Sp Page builder 3.8.x it will NOT work in Joomla 5.1 (!)
  3. Switch to TinyMCE editor (Global Configuration) and test again.
  4. Do you have that error message in both editors : back and front-end?

Please share details:

  • Joomla version
  • SPPB Version
  • Other Text Editors installed?

OK, sorry, I left out all the details .. a little hasty ... ;)

joomla 4.4.4 Sp Page 5.3.2 JCE (which in effect creates the problem - 0 Undefined constant "WF_EDITOR_MEDIA" ) : 2.9.72

if I remove jce as editor I receive a code 500 from sp page builder

I send you the login credentials to see for yourself

ps frontend website is ok (it’s a demo version)

Grazie mille

saluti Paolo

I uninstalled JCE totally and Articles & Custom Modules works again. Now I will check SPPB why it still shows Er 500.

Hello Paul I don’t know what may have happened but I tried to restore a backup, install it on localhost and update everything and everything works perfectly. So, either something went wrong in the update, or there’s a problem on the server. Sorry to waste your time. I’ll try reinstalling it on the online server and see if the problem is solved. I’ll let you know what happens. In the meantime, thank you for your kind availability.

Thank you very much

Hi. When removing JCE, it should also be removed manually its profiles from the database, as this is not removed automatically. After that, install JCE again.
