SEF Not Working For Articles That Come From Sppagebuilder Article Element

Hi,

All my SEF urls are working except for when I click on an article when using the sp page builder 'Article' element.

Then it generates a url like this one:

/component/content/article/ahec-whiskey-cabinet?catid=13&Itemid=101

Is there something I'm missing?

Help appreciated,

Yes, to be honest Joomla basics ;p

Articles addon is like Articles Module from Joomla core, both are displaying default long links. How to fix it? Easy! Create "hidden" Menu item with Blog view (from selected Category), becuase in Joomla 1.0.0-5.1.x only Menu Manager can create short aliases. Tips are the same as it was for older Joomla versions.

Or you have to install extra SEF component, but $ it costs a lot.

In Menu item settings > List Type > Display in Menu: No and then you have "Hidden"
