We have found a possible bug in the contact form and form builder.

You can help us to solve this problem. We have the following form, when you fill the form data and click, you can give n amount of clicks until the server resolves and refresh or delete the data. We received a lot of mails from the form, we have changed the passwords and found this bug. The button and the form should be deactivated after the first click.

Apology for the inconvenience. Sometimes, due to internet speed or website speed issue, form sending is slow and this issue happens. You can redirect the user to a different page (welcome page or thank you page or maybe your home page) after they submit the form. Then there will no chance of multiple clicks.

This is not a solution, even in your chat, you have the functionality that at the first click hides the form and the user can no longer click on it. Please, we need an update, we already tested that method, but the redirect is done until a response is received and while that happens, it can vary one or two seconds. let's say that a normal user can give up to 10 clicks in that time. In our case, they seem to be using a bot, because we have received hundreds of emails in a second for several minutes.

I am going to tell you what happened, I have several sites with pagebuilder. In my test site I have version 5.2.6 and in the one where we found the error we have 5.3.2 I made a comparison in the form and the test site worked correctly, but the oficialiamayor site did not. Then I downloaded version 5.2.6 and installed it and it worked fine. The reason is that version 5.3.2 has this vulnerability or malfunction. You should check it, because it is evident that the form code of version 5.3.2 is wrong.
