Thank you, I noticed when you hide or disable the top row in the helix layout builder the signin and the top left menu stops working completely. So I ended up using that one instead of the one I made.

Sometimes that happens to me also. When it does happen I resize my browser window down to mobile manually and it appears. Most of the time I don't have a problem though. I'm using SPPagebuilder in Gantry5 Helium template so I sort of expected more issues than I have had.

If you disable the top row from helix layout then your login will disappear. It's normal. Cause, the login module placed on the top row. Thanks

I am having a similar issue.

I had to customize the layout of the header, now when you login "sign in" just says "sign in". Username doesn't appear and there's no log out button.

I did a little digging and noticed in the default_logout.php located here templates/newsberg/html/mod_login has a reference to a user-menu module position on this line 25.

That module position is not listed in the templateDetails.xml of the newsberg template.

I tried creating a user menu and manually assigned user-menu as the position, but that did not work either.
